The intention of this piece is to bring dancers of all genres together in representation of the HBCU (Historically Black College/University) dance community. This piece features dances of the African diaspora such as hip-hop, HBCU majorette, and West African. A clear message of “We are more impactful together than we are apart. ” is conveyed within this collaborative performance.
